3. Shipping Policy
FairTrade Caravans will ship orders via USPS or UPS anywhere in the United States. Currently FairTrade Caravans is unable to ship orders outside the United States. In the event FairTrade Caravans can deliver individual orders to a school or nonprofit, you will be responsible for picking it up within one week. If a product is not picked up at the designated location, it will be held at the office of the designated event or at the FairTrade Caravans address for up to 30 days where it can be picked up, after which it will be returned to inventory. There will be no refunds for products ordered and not picked up within a total of 30 days.
4. Return/Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with FairTrade Caravans. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns – you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received notification that it has arrived at your school, nonprofit, or company. To be eligible for a return, your item must be dropped off at your school, nonprofit, or company, be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Refunds – once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
5. Working Conditions
FairTrade Caravans supports safe and empowering working conditions and does not discriminate against employees based on race, color, religious creed, national origin, ancestry, sex, gender identity, age, criminal record (inquiries only), handicap (disability), mental illness, retaliation, sexual harassment, sexual orientation, active military personnel, and genetics.
