Ras el Hanout translates to ‘top of the shop’. Popular throughout Morocco and North Africa, it has traditionally been a way to showcase quality spices and skillful blending and ours is no exception! This blend of 13 spices is delicate and robust at once, with floral and earthy notes. Use this top-notch mix in rice dishes, tagines, with roasted vegetables and fish.

Contains: Fennel, cumin, Sri Lankan sweet cinnamon, cardamom, rose petals, turmeric, cubeb pepper, grains of paradise, Kampot white pepper, orris root, mace, saffron, fennel pollen.

Chinese Five Spice is an delicious blend of coriander, cassia, star anise, clove and Sichuan pepper makes an exciting flavor for savory and sweet foods alike. Traditionally used in Chinese braises, stir-fries and soups, it’s also super fun for grilled veggies and fruit (try sprinkling on peaches after grilling!) or in cocktails.
